The 2010-2011 school year marks our 26th year of providing quality child care and early childhood education to the Norwin and surrounding communities. Jeanne and Don Morrison first opened the private school and childcare facility in May of 1984, renting space at a local church. Boy have we grown over the years! The school was moved to our current location in 1988.
The Norwin Safeguard Program was opened in 1999 when we began the before and after school school-age program. The Safeguard Program is located in Norwin’s intermediate school and four elementary schools throughout the school year. It’s hard to believe that the Safeguard Program is already 10 years old. Two anniversaries in one year: this is quite the year to celebrate!
As our services continue to expand, you can be assured that your child will receive the highest quality of care while attending our facility.
Creative Adventures is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Department of Public Welfare. We also offer a variety of educational programs including Preschool Classes for 3 & 4 years-old, Daycare with Preschool Classes, Infant and Toddler Daycare and School-Age child care. In addition, we have a Summer Daycare program for children ages 6 weeks-completed 6th grade.
