Registration forms must be completed and returned to Creative Adventures Learning Center along with the $25.00 registration fee in order to reserve your spot in any of our programs. Spots are not guaranteed until the form is filled out in its entirety. Classes are filled on a first come first served basis.
Child health assessments are due within 30 days of your child’s start date.
